Balance Earrings - Multi-color

The Balance earrings in Multi-color were inspired by the abstract and minimalist paintings of Virginia Jaramillo. Using word play and double meanings, these earrings were created by dissecting shapes and colors from her "Curvilinear series" created in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The forms and colors used in her paintings gave these earrings a rich and elegant design. Additionally, Virginia's emphasis on negative space is incorporated into each component, allowing for a unique and flowing look when worn.

Made from four different tones of acrylic - dark green, blue, orange, and daffodil - these earrings measure 2.5" by 1.75". Studs are nickel-free brass.
